Once you make the decision to hire Bluebird Technologies to build and support your IT infrastructure we will follow a proven path to ensure your project's success:

• Needs assessment - We assess customer's requirements by listening to the issues that are negatively affecting their

   business.

• Network evaluation - We'll perform an onsite evaluation of the current computing environment is conducted in order to

   develop an effective solution.

• Preliminary proposal - A preliminary proposal will be presented with different options to choose from to

   accommodate customer's budgetary requirements.

• Formal proposal - A formal proposal is presented based on customer input and deadlines are established.

• Fulfillment & implementation - Once a signed order is received we will work to complete the project on time and within

   budget.

• NetAssure - An optional NetAssure contract is implemented to provide for ongoing comprehensive service & support of the

   covered network devices, eliminating the need for costly on-staff network administrators.
